I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Without being smart it sounds like the wrong driver being installed.

Have you tried updating the driver using Windows Update? it is better to install drivers from the vendors site as you did.

To Mark's point above, go to Device Manager, right click on the device and select Update. See if it updates.

Try an external LAN or Wi-Fi adapter.

Give it a different internet connection , if the vendor site is not working what can you do? contact them. They may have a issue they are unaware of. Seems unlikely though these guys are very on the ball with testing.

Have you tried extracting all the contents into a folder and manually pointing that card at the windows 10 driver?

Generally for Intel you install the chipset drivers first.  Then the network drivers.  In many cases once the chipset drivers are installed then the network drivers get installed automatically.

So get the chipset drivers and install them.

They are at the bottom of the page that John linked to.

Try first a Repair Install as this is a better first step.  If this fails, then yes, consider Windows Reinstall

I am not sure I can use the above link to download windows since I have volume licences.

1.    What happened when you double clicked on Setup.exe in that Zip file?

2.    Your graphic is what is normally seen when you haven't installed the chipset drivers.  You did double click and run that Setup.exe file didn't you?

Thank you. No. The Repair Install does not work for Volume Licenses

Hook up a new network connection and run a full windows update then work it from there, did not realize so many devices missing drivers. If you can get a USB nic or something that is wifi. New nic or something many options here.
