Need to extract data from an excel file which has html code

I am attaching a file with some HTML code that I need to extract information into an access table. Can some one provide some guidance? I have highlighted in blue some of the information that i need to extract.

Can you just use lynx http://lynx.browser.org/ ?
You can dump the page into a text file which will strip all the html.
