I recently took a job as a Analyst of a small 40 seat call center. They have never been able to get any analysis around their emails which are received and sent via Outlook Exchange Server.
I need to be able to check the departments email traffic both inbound and outbound. I would also like to check response times so I would need the timestamps that emails were delivered and time stamps on when the emails were replied to.
Is there any analytic parts of a Outlook Exchange server that I can use for analysis purposes?
