A Windows 10 Pro HP Spectre 13-v021nr (ENERGY STAR) laptop's Bluetooth is disabled and remains disabled even after I have updated all drivers including downloading and installing the Bluetooth driver from the HP website.
I have attached screenshots of this laptop's device manager and Bluetooth screen.
The Bluetooth was last working yesterday but today it won't work.
I have looked for toggle switches or keyboard combinations to enable or disable Bluetooth but haven't been able to find any.
What else can be done to fix this Bluetooth issue?
