HP Spectre 13-v021nr laptop's Bluetooth not working

A Windows 10 Pro HP Spectre 13-v021nr (ENERGY STAR) laptop's Bluetooth is disabled and remains disabled even after I have updated all drivers including downloading and installing the Bluetooth driver from the HP website.

I have attached screenshots of this laptop's device manager and Bluetooth screen.

The Bluetooth was last working yesterday but today it won't work.

I have looked for toggle switches or keyboard combinations to enable or disable Bluetooth but haven't been able to find any.

What else can be done to fix this Bluetooth issue?

Same problem here, also a HP Spectre x360 13-w025nd.
Your printscreens could be mine!

2 days ago was working fine......

Also the drivers have disappeared on the HP Website?!

Ok i have it working again.
First i removed the latest windows update KB4074588 (no result)

Then i installed the newest Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 driver 20.30.0
and removed the unknown device with the warning in the device management. (like in your printscreen)

After a reboot bluetooth worked again.

Now i'm trying to reinstall the windows update again.
