Adding a SPF record to my DNS.

I'm creating a SPF record for my domain.

https://www.godaddy.com/help/add-an-spf-record-19218?

The domain is effinghamministorage.com.

However the domain that emails will originate will be accounts.effinghamministorage.com (except they will be from do-not-reply@effinghamministorage.com).

So I create a text record - under host do I put '@' or do I put the IP Address of the server that will be sending emails?

What record do I put if the domain is used for business email as well?

Thanks this is stumping me.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
