html webpage not viewable outside lan

I am hosting a simple html webpage on Server 2008 R2 standard v 6.1 (build 7601: sp1) running IIS (v7.5.7600.16385) I have a couple apps already running smoothly on other ports.
The webpage is viewable from inside my network, but not from outside the network.

Tried switching the ports in IIS between the working apps and the html page, I get the same results the apps still work externally but the html page does not, is there a permission I am missing the bindings are simple "*:port#" on all sites.

both https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ & https://portchecker.co/ show every port I am using as open

anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing this issue?

Do you have your server in the DMZ zone of your router and the correct ports open?

I figured out i have a routing issue on the network I was testing from checked it from home it works fine, i think it may have something to do with the dmz, i have 2 isps coming into the building, they both route through my PFSense cluster, although the second has its own router (aka its a mess)
