I purchased a used HP 8690B sweep generator and it came without a plug,
What power plug/cable does the  HP 8690B sweep generator require?
Also where could I find one?

This eBay page is selling an old style HP power cord.  I don't know what they mean by 'revered polarity'.

Newer models use a standard IEC power cord.  Older ones use a similar but older HP power cord that is rounded instead of rectangular

It depends on where (what country) you are. I have these things in my basement in North America and they use the standard power cords as are used in computers. This is for signal generators, power supplies, and digitial scopes.
