Secure Glassfish Payara on Windows OS

I need to secure a Glassfish Server in a Windows environment, it's running version Payara 4.1, I've requested the certificate using OpenSSL and now have the certificate from the provider GeoTrust but i'm struggling to now secure the web app.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What have you done so far? If you have imported the public/private keys into the cacerts/keystore then you should be able to define the SSL from the glassfish console (Configurations -> server-config -> HTTP Service -> Http Listeners -> http-listener-2. There you should change the default nick name to your own domain).
