CPU usage collection method

I want to export the Windows 7 server CPU usage in to the excel format, the data collection interval will be 5 min,
in other words after every 5 min the CPU usage data will be collect from the server and saved on specific path.

@Raneesh: that will give the user .etl files
he then has to run Xperf.exe  -i  filename.etl  -o  filename.csv
