Reset Intel S2600cp server system board to default settings

How can I reset an Intel S2600cp server system board to default settings using the jumper settings?

Currently, this board won't boot and I don't get any display (even after removing the battery).

What are the steps to reset this system board to its default settings?

Attached are the manual and tech specs for this server system board.

What about the fan status, the fans on the board and on the power supply. Have you disconnected all the on board /hdd/dvd cables and tried?

Since rest all test you did, pointing towards a motherboard issue. it could also be due to a corrupted bios
