Hi Eprs_Admin,
Could be bcz of the corrupted message in the queue. Try below.

1-Pause the transport service and let all the messaged go out.

2-when queue is empty, stop the transport service and go to the mail.que database in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\TransportRoles\data\Queue" folder move all files to another folder.

3-Now start the transport service, it will create a fresh mail.que database and observe if the service us crashing again.

Thanks
MAS
Have you applied any updates recently to the Exchange environment ?

Hi,

I am using CU15 and not CU6
all relevant exchange updates installed -> Version 15.0 Build 1263.5
Ok, it can still occur with newer CUs.
Check the below blog and see if the tasks are created on the Server Task Scheduler

http://exchangeitup.blogspot.co.uk/2016/01/exchange-2013-error-microsoft-exchange.html
ok I have checked the article.
On my end at the task scheduler just one task is missing -> ExchangeDiagnosticsPerformanceLog
The daily log is there and the task too.
Yes worked.
Just deleted the entries from the registry and rebooted the server.
