I agree with dfke, you cannot download any FW from IBM HW without entitlement. <br />

You could before, but that changed about 2 years ago, then again most manufacturers do so now.

We have IBM storewize v3700 7.8.1.2 .we dont have ibm support how we can get firmware updates.<br />
