Repeated accepted meeting email from user

Repeated meeting accepted notification message being sent to the organizer. we are on office 365 and with clients mostly 2010 and users having iphone with email configured with the native client. did a message track on owa and did find that the user is sending the notification out. please advise.

Iphone is on latest iOS and happening with that single item .

Deleted the appointment from the users calendar. googled and seen posts about issue recurring. someone suggesyed turning off sugested meetings, which was done.

anything else to look for.

ended up deleting the meeting and issue got fixed. never found the root casue.
