I suppose you want to move a group of numbers in column BF to columns BX and BY.
But can you please explain in more detail how the numbers shall be selected in column BF, and prepared to be written to columns BX and BY.

in Column BF are the set of numbers
then  need identify the pair repeat
then the most repeat (over 3 times) be show in column BX   and column BY show the times it repeat
