Having issues with preinstalled apps on windows 10

We are starting to roll out windows 10 boxes to users and we are having some issues with it. We use ccleaner and remove all the preinstalled apps (example xbox), and it uninstalls but the icon in the start menu is still there and if you click on it, it loads up. How can I get rid of all these apps not only uninstalling but getting rid of the icons in the start menu for all users.

I tried several of the commands and they ran however Pandora is on this device and I attempted to remove it with the command and editing it to be *Pandora* and its still in the start menu so it doesn't appear to be working I also rebooted the PC after doing it and its still there.

Is Pandora something you downloaded?  I do not have it. Is it in Programs and Features (and also look in Windows Features).

No I haven't downloaded.. anything after I ran ccleaner I noticed it in the start menu. I just uninstalled it from apps & features but if its like everything else it all comes back when another user logs in. I have uninstalled xbox thru apps & features and CCleaner and its back in the start menu.

You may need to ask Microsoft Support since nothing else removed it.

So I just uninstalled several things and I logged in with another account and everything I uninstalled is  showing for the other user. Pandora, code writer, Sway, ext...

Sway I have seen, Pandora, no. Microsoft may have installed base things that cannot be removed, or CC Cleaner removal may have damaged things.

Well if Ccleaner did damage those apps then I would think they would be usable anymore but they are the just magically reappear. How annoying is this doesn't MS realize there OS's are used in business environments. Do you think buying MS licenses and reinstalling a fresh copy would improve this because right now we are just using the OEM that came with it.

We have another windows 10 box that ccleaner has never ran on before  and its behaving the same way and that's a Lenovo desktop PC

First, I go looking and I do have Pandora (Store App). I do not know when that came however. My machine is a Lenovo Laptop. So I was wrong above but I think the app is new.

You probably should contact Microsoft about the Surface and then port the knowledge to the other machines.

Our clients don't bother with these, nor do I. You can remove the icons as well.
