Multiple locations - Calendar Holidays, is it possible to configure for everyone?

Is it possible to customise holidays in Outlook.

For example - I am wanting to show national holidays in several countries by default.
See attached - at present UK is selected, but I want all our Users in O365 to have all locations ticked.
It maybe UK, USA, France etc etc

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'm not aware of any functionality to do that on behalf of users, it's not covered by GPO or registry settings afaik. One workaround might be to copy those entries to their personal calendars via EWS, as detailed for example here: https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/28622023/Import-multiple-appointments-into-O365-calendar.html

Why dont you simply use one company-wide calendar with all of the entries populated?

I have found a nice solution.
Simply create a test file in the format below - name the file as a .hol and run it.
You can have as many countries/holidays as you want.
Then email it to your Users who simply choose their location(s)
