No VPN tab on netscaler

Good day. I am busy configuring my first netscaler gateway for Xenapp 7 but i am not seeing the VPN tab on the web interface. Any ideas why?

Do you wish to use the SSL-VPN from NetScaler?
The simple "Publish XenApp" don't present the VPN sections.

Which guide do you follow?
What do you want to achieve?
which licenses do you have?

I would just like to publish my store front to allow users to connect to Xenapp resources from outside the organisation.
I am using Netscaler Gateway Enterprise VPX licenses on the virtual appliance.

you are able to open the apps?
the xenapp-wizzard within current Netscaler versions build an usable configuration.
