Start-ManagedFolderAssistant - Error from RPC is -2147220992

We have Exchange 2007 in a hybrid Office 365 environment.  I'm trying to enable 'Online Archiving' for a user so that all the users email, 2 yrs and older, will be pushed to the 'In-Place Archive'.  When I log into powershell (as admin) on Office 365 I run the command Start-ManagedFolderAssistant -identity user1 and I get the error message:

The call to Mailbox Assistants Service on Server: '' failed.  Error from RPC is -2147220992

This command used to work, but lately it hasn't.  Suggestions?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I think I solve this myself.

Give yourself full access to the mailbox:

Add-MailboxPermission -Identity user1 -User adminstrator -AccessRights fullaccess -AutoMapping $false
