Do you a ready excel file?

Do you know the exact cell that the IP address resides in?

Depending on what you really need, here are a couple of thoughts based on the small amount you stated.  If your input address is just the left three nodes then you can just concatenate on the ".128", as in my first example.  If the address actually ends in .* then you could replace the "*" with "128" as in my second example.

Or if you have IP addresses that start 10.7.177. and then 3 other numbers which you want to replace with 128 you can use Find and Repalce feature. Press Ctrl + H to start Find/Replace window.

In Find input box enter:  10.7.177.*
In Replace box enter: 10.7.177.128
