Install Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5 but fails to backup any vm guest. The error message is "Not enough licenses". However, the license file has been updated properly inside veeam

Any idea ?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi AXISHK,

This is typically caused by a host being rebuilt and given a new IP address or net name. You can select each of your hosts and press "Revoke".

Is it related to the VMware license that hasn't been registered properly ? However, I have already updated a valid license key in my Vmware ...

Thx

You are showing no licensed hosts. See how there is nothing in the box under Licensed Hosts and under Used it is 0. You still need to assign a host with a license.

"You still need to assign a host with a license."

Do you mean the VMware license key is not valid ? Or, the Veeam license key file ??

Thx

What VMware vSphere licenses do you have ?

AXISHKAuthor Commented:
VMware vSphere 6.5 standard license 1 processor.

My VMware host has 2 processor. Will that be a issue ?

You are not correctly licensed, you need a license per socket in use.
