I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That domain appears to be the real domain for Verizon. There is a phishing site for a .net variety but the cert for the domain in your screenshot is
Name: Verizon Trademark Services LLC
Organization: Verizon Trademark Services LLC
Mailing Address: 1320 North Court House Road, Arlington VA 22201 US
Phone: +1.7033513164
Ext:
Fax: +1.7033513669
Fax Ext:
Email:domainlegalcontact@verizon.com

I would call Verizon and check on your account.

Have you tried running roguekiller them without rebooting running mbam? Also try running spybhoremover and spydllremover from securityxplodeed.com.
JohnBusiness Consultant (Owner)Commented:
I assume (because you did not say otherwise) that you have Internet Access via Verizon.

Download and run Process Explorer from Microsoft SysInternals.

Look under Explorer (left side) for any strange alphanumeric processes which may cause the pop up. If they exist, kill them, do not restart and then run Malwarebytes again to remove the viruses.

click the 3 dots in chrome - more tools - extensions

Hello ThereSystem AdministratorCommented:
If this happens in Chrome, run Chrome Cleanup Tool. It will get rid of all junk.

Also report the phishing site here: https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?hl=en

Malwarebytes other utility called Adwcleaner is about the strongest adware removal software I've ever used, try that if you will.
nobusCommented:
did you try to sign in to your account, as they suggest in the blue colored part?
Hello ThereSystem AdministratorCommented:
Start with clearing Chrome cache.

It seems you violated Verizon's Policy and you are now banned.
Check your emails for more info sent by your provider or Verizon.

I'd call Verizon support and ask them about your account.

Have you downloaded any torrents, sent spams etc?
This can be also related to your bills that might not be paid.
Ann KAuthor Commented:
Delete every thing from the cache and the browsing data but it still pops up. Bill is paid in full.

Hello ThereSystem AdministratorCommented:
So you ran Chrome Cleanup Tool?
Ann KAuthor Commented:
Yes.
Hello ThereSystem AdministratorCommented:
Have you tried to call Verizon support to give you more info about it? If the account is really banned, they will tell you.
Hello ThereSystem AdministratorCommented:
Steps to do if you are infected:
1. If possible, disconnect from the Internet.
2. Enter the Safe Mode and run Disc Cleanup or anything that deletes all your temp files.
3. Still in Safe Mode... run all necessary scans. Deep scans!
Some free tools: Kaspersky TDSSKiller for removing rootkits, Malwarebytes and HitmanPro for removing malware, AdwCleaner for removing adware.
4. Try to remove all 'unknown publisher' apps as well as recently downloaded files. Also uninstall Google Chrome and delete all its files manually, if they remain. (All Chrome data in %APPDATA% folder)

i got no answer yet on my question :  did you try to sign in to your account, as they suggest in the blue colored part?
Ann KAuthor Commented:
Its just an image there is no click on it. Also I have verizon broad band through my phone and when I enabled this, there is no error. I also have another wifi access through my landlord but when I use his, I got this error.
nobusCommented:
i never said there was something to click on Ann, i only said : did you try to sign in to your account -as suggested there
otherwise, you should take it to verizon
Thomas Zucker-ScharffSolution GuideCommented:
Ann,

Sounds like the account you are having problems with is your landlord's.  If that is the case, he will need to set this straight.  Unless that is you have a subaccount off of his account.  Either way it sounds like someone has to call verizon.
