Malware

This website is keep popping up every time when i try to load any web page. I have malware bytes but its not catching anything. I am using windows 7.

Delete every thing from the cache and the browsing data but it still pops up. Bill is paid in full.

Its just an image there is no click on it. Also I have verizon broad band through my phone and when I enabled this, there is no error. I also have another wifi access through my landlord but when I use his, I got this error.
i never said there was something to click on Ann, i only said : did you try to sign in to your account -as suggested there
otherwise, you should take it to verizon
