i got no answer yet on my question : did you try to sign in to your account, as they suggest in the blue colored part?

Its just an image there is no click on it. Also I have verizon broad band through my phone and when I enabled this, there is no error. I also have another wifi access through my landlord but when I use his, I got this error.
