Outlook 2013 / Exchange Issue

I have a customer using Outlook 2013 and an Exchange Server 2008. Every time he sends an email to someone a copy of that email winds up in his inbox. Any idea what option he has set that he shouldn't?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There is no Exchange server 2008. Also i would have the user check to make sure that he isn't copying himself on all the emails or have a rule set that is causing this issue. See below link for assistance with auto copying yourself in outlook

Does this just happen to him or others at the company also.

OK. Whatever Exchange came with SBS 2011. It is happening just to him. He has no rules.

There could also be an Exchange transport rule set to send a copy to that specific email address.

This was a mistake on the users side. They included someone in the CC that was set to forward back to them. They forgot :)
