I am preparing to upgrade from ECC version 8 to ECC version 9.<br />
In doing so we will need to upgrade the Agent and Supervisor Clients. When we upgrade the application on the client computers will our users have to log back into the agent application or will it remember their credentials after the upgrade?<br />
