outlook client issues

ok i am currently using exchange 2010 and exchange 2003. Users have issues when sending emails to certain users.
The error is
IMCEAEX-_O=abc_OU=EXCHANGE+20ADMINISTRATIVE+20GROUP+20+54FYDIBOHF90SPDLT+78_CN=RECIPIENTS_CN=x+y@iyz.com
#550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound; not found ##

What do i have to do to solve this issue? Add x500 address. can i do this in bulk if so how?

Also how can i clear outlook address book and set global address book as the default. Also need to clear Outlook 2007/2010/2013 Auto-Complete Cache

Areyou using SMTP as the primary email protocol?

Have you recently migrated to a new server?
In either case ask the user to do as follow
  1. Start a new email
  2. Start typing a name (i.e. Joh)
  3. Delete the cached email by pressing the big X at the end of the name
  4. Retype the full email
  5. Send the email

Does hat fix your problem?
