Adding a system wide disclaimer to outgoing messages on Office365

Hi,

I client of mine has asked me to add a disclaimer on all mailboxes (SAVE one)  in their business. The problem is that they have about 20 pcs and instead of logging into each one i wanted to know whether there was a way to insert it from the server end. I know there is but i am not sure how to do it with Office365 Exchange Online within the Admin center.
I also want to omit one mailbox from sending the disclaimer if this is possible.

Many thanks
D

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi Dominic!
Configuring a company-wide disclaimer (many organizations use it for email signatures as well) is quite easy through the Exchange Admin Center. Here is a detailed article on how to do it: How to create company-wide email signatures and disclaimers in Office 365.
All you have to do is to configure a mail flow rule. You can add exceptions to exclude certain members if you like.
Hope this helps!
