I would try to create a new outlook profile. One of my client had such a problem, and creating a new outlook profile solved the problem.

It appears that sometimes it happens because there are some leftovers from previous versions of Office just as described<a href="https://www.msoutlook.info/question/899" rel="ugc"> here</a>. note that pathes of Office 2016 are a bit different.

In Outlook 2016, I can't open Signatures or Stationery and Fonts or other options from Outlook Options. I click on the buttons and Outlook freezes for a few seconds then doesn't do anything. <br />

Only error is when I close Outlook there is a dialog box that says outlook has insufficient memory do you want to save normalemail as a rescued template.<br />

Tried this with a different Office 2016 install, repair of the install, uninstall and reinstall of Office 2016. <br />

Same problem in Outlook safe mode and I can't disable add-ins to test that as the dialog box doesn't open.
