No connect between two server 2016 over hyper-v-manager. One is core (without gui). How to set up replication with powershell then?

We have to create a replication from server2016 (A)  with gui to server2016 without gui (core) (B). Both are not in the domain. I cant connect  to from A to B over hyper-V-manager. How can we set up a replication from A to B using powershell ?
Is there any good and easy to understand tutorial ?

Thanks for helping

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In addition to Adam's excellent link: Hyper-V Replica with self-signed certificates. This one was the needle in the haystack! :)

Example to create a 5 Year self-issued cert:
New-SelfSignedCertificate -Type "Custom" -KeyExportPolicy "Exportable" -Subject "CN=REPLICATION.DOMAIN.COM" -CertStoreLocation "Cert:\LocalMachine\My" -KeySpec "Signature" -KeyUsage "CertSign" -NotAfter (Get-Date).AddMonths(60)

Set REPLICATION.DOMAIN.COM to your root ID. It doesn't have to be .COM it could be .LOCAL or other TLD.

After getting the thumbprint create the certificate for the source and replica partner Hyper-V servers. Export all three and import on both Hyper-V servers. Make the registry change requested or an error will happen.

Done!
