Drafts folder locks up Outlook.<br />

I have a Windows 10 user whose Outlook 2010 locks up if he tries to open his Drafts folder. &nbsp;If he stays out of Drafts, he's fine. &nbsp;There is one item in the drafts foder which I figured is the culprit. &nbsp;Trouble is when I go into thie users mailbox on a different computer to try and delete the item, it also locks up there as well. &nbsp;Is it a bad item? &nbsp;Or something else? &nbsp;and if so, how do I delete it?<br />

Drafts folder locks up Outlook.

I have a Windows 10 user whose Outlook 2010 locks up if he tries to open his Drafts folder.  If he stays out of Drafts, he's fine.  There is one item in the drafts foder which I figured is the culprit.  Trouble is when I go into thie users mailbox on a different computer to try and delete the item, it also locks up there as well.  Is it a bad item?  Or something else?  and if so, how do I delete it?
