External emails from a domain are not showing up in users emails on exchange 2013 server

We have an exchange 2013 server that is not receiving emails from an external domain. The user that is sending the emails from the external domain does not get any bounce back messages so it appears they are getting to us. But we never see the emails and there is nothing in the junk folders or anything like that.
How can I check the exchange server to see if in fact we are receiving these emails from this external domain?

If  it's only happening with specific domain, then maybe it's being filtered by the spam filter.

You can configure a spam quaratine mialbox and check if the messages are getting there.

How does emails come into your organization. does your company have an inbound hosted gateway for filtering spam and malware, or do you have any filtering at the perimeter or your network. the mail may be getting caught before it reaches exchange.

Agree with zvitam. 1st thing to check is your antispam/spamfilter.
