Dynamics CRM 2016 EMAIL ROUTER:
I setup Dynamics crm 2016 on-premises email router
Everything works fine on the test environment, after the UAT
We change the test environment IP address to working environment IP address
We encounter big challenge with outgoing email,
All the outgoing mail status stock on "Pending Status"
event management gave me an error...

The error message suggests that there is a problem with authentication. Do you need to add the new IP address to the SMTP server? Perhaps it only allows emails from known addresses?
