On particular model of laptop, we have issues with one particular application on citrix. It works good when laptop is not docked. &nbsp;if it is docked when launching the application the application launches but its a black screen. we figured out a way to get rid of that. we ran receiver cleanup utility and the installed again it started working.<br />
I want to know why it is happening in fist hand.<br />
