The workbook is different than your other workbooks. Normally the weeks are in column "B" with nothing to the left of them. In this workbook the weeks are in column "BL" with nothing in "A" to "AL" and some data in "AM" to "BF". Do you want it that way?

I also see that the date header for week 1W2014 is missing.

If this is a new workbook, then I think you should delete unused columns like "BH" and "CH" and also columns like "BS" which contains what looks like unused formulas. I also suggest deleting columns like "BD" and instead format column "BC" so that its right border is red, like this.

The file is also very large at 6.7 MB, and that's because the columns are formatted down to the rows that are numbered over 100,000. I can cut that down to 1.4 MB by deleting all the rows after row 7284 which will give you room for 10 year's worth of data. Should I do that?

I'm not done yet but please look at every column in this workbook and change the column widths and colors if you want to and then attach the updated workbook. Also let me know if there are missing columns or columns you don't need.
