Net user password was set to no yet I can't login

I was using net user command and somehow set the pw to no. And when I restarted my pc I can't login. That user is Admin. Now I can't use my pc as admin. I'm using Windows 7.

I have another admin account but I forgot the pw.

Now I can't access my pc with admin previlages.

I only wanted to know if I was admin so I go to cmd and type net user ultimate
Then some other command I forgot.

Im still learning and now I can't seem to undo this mistake :(

I tried the windows pw key buy I am not admin. Can't use it.

What should I do?

use the other option, grab a usb drive (2g is enough) and make bootable with the password changer as the second link states
