Hi Ian Franco,
Welcome to Expert Exchange.
It seems your mailboxdatabase has issue.
Please try to create a new database and move couple of mailboxes and test.

FYI you are running an unsupported version of Exchange server. Please move to Exchange 2013 or Exchange 2016 ASAP.
Exchange 2019 will be released by mid of 2018.

Thanks
MAS

MASEE Solution Guide - Technical Dept HeadCommented:
Create new mailboxdatabase. You can ignore Local continuous replication(LCR) database file path.

Move Mailbox to another database. Please set "Maximum number of messages to skip" to 50 to avoid corrupted messages being moved.

Hi Mas,

Thank so much, I'm in the middle of moving couple of mailboxes from the new database i have create. i notice as well that the first database size is around 248GB so it means the issue of outlook getting disconnected and owa is because of the database is running out of space?

MASEE Solution Guide - Technical Dept HeadCommented:
This expert suggested creating a Gigs project.
That depends. If you have enough free space 248GB is not an issue and that would not create issue for you.

MASEE Solution Guide - Technical Dept HeadCommented:
Please mount the database before trying to move. Both databases should be mounted while moving.

HI Mas,

Yes  but the problem is after 10 minutes the mailboxes database automatically dismounting so moving the mailbox to the new mailbox database is failing.
0
MASEE Solution Guide - Technical Dept HeadCommented:
Please delete the mailboxes and try again if possible as Exchange 2007 mailbox database has a default size of 256GB
Please check this
