"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you have installed iCloud for Windows on your computer ?
This will install special Ad-on to your outlook and should allow you to see and synch icloud notes with your outlook

I try to avoid installing add ons in my Outlook and iCloud for windows created the iCloud mailbox and generally slows down processing so I would like to stay away from that as a solution.  Isn't there a way to simply copy notes from one note folder to the other on the iPhone?

Tom CieslikIT EngineerCommented:
No, you need to use Outlook for Windows or Outlook for Mac to do this.
There is no option on smartphone like iPhone to copy whole folder from one place to another without computer.

You can try to do it using itunes

Beyond the above, with IOS 11 and new iTunes, IOS Notes are different and not even compatible any more with Outlook Notes. Not possible.

As far as iOS notes and Outlook notes not being compatible, that is not true.  I just added a note to my O365 note folder, it showed up in my Outlook notes on my Windows computer, added to that note from my computer and it showed up on my iPhone

No, sorry, they are not compatible with the new version of IOS. Apple changed that. I have sync'd Notes for years, it stopped, I checked and it can no longer be done.
