I have a user of Office 2010 Outlook. When transferring their e-mails from one computer to a new one, I found three different Outlook accounts for them. When I imported them to new computer, the Outlook now has old e-mails until December 2017 under an account called "Outlook". New e-mails are going to an account named for the position of the user which is where we want all the e-mails to go and come from. The third account is "Outlook Data File". Things like spam and trash go to different folders under any of the three accounts. Outgoing files go to any of the three. Any idea how I can consolidate the three under the account named for the position of the user? We are going to be putting a new computer with Outlook 2013.
