Unable to log into Gym website using Chrome while logged in as myself

I access my gym website via this link https://jdgymssalford.membr.com/login to book into classes.

I enter my username and password and when I click to login nothing happens as if I have not the log in button (on my iphone 5se or desktop PC)

The site works in IE, Mozilla and on Chrome for devices where I am not logged into Chrome.

Chrome is my preferred browser as it saves the username and password which makes it easiest to login and book classes.

I assume there is some kind of issue with my Chrome account, maybe there is a cache of some kind, I cleared the history but cautious that I don't want to wipe my Chrome account too much if possible.

I crucially did not mention during original post that I've had this issue for a few months and just put up with it.  Since this issue started there has been a couple of Chrome updates which I hoped may fix the issue but didn't.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Matt,

Is that the latest version of chrome you are currently using. Please check as older version are deprecated as there are bugs. Please update to the newer version and update the status to troubleshoot further

Hi Ashvin,

Thank you for the response.

My home PC and my iphone always have the latest releases as I update whenever prompted, however, I can access and login via Chrome (but not logged in as myself) at work on version number 58.0.3029 without any problems.

I have added to my original post the following:

Hi Matt,

The Latest version of chrome is 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) but as you said I don't find the issue seems to be the version. I tried simulating from the site what you have mentioned and it works for me.

Try enabling Java script by entering the below mentioned URL in your chrome browser

chrome://settings/content/javascript

Try enabling Flash by entering the below mentioned URL in your chrome browser

chrome://settings/content/flash

Even after this if it doesnt work, Try to import your saved passwords and reset your chrome browser and try.

Thanks,
Ashvin A

This sounds likely, since you are able to log into the site via Chrome when not logged into your Chrome account.  Wiping your browsing history isn't enough. It could be some broken javascript file on their site, or a cookie, cached in your browser that's causing it.  You'll want to clear the checked items:

Thanks a lot for the feedback,  I have Chrome working on my PC now after clearing all the history and resetting the javascript.  The login button still does not respond when I click login but i'll get used to using Mozilla for now and try when the next Chrome update comes out.

Occasionally I got it working on the app but it was by making random back and forward clicks which are not natural.

Thank you once again I just book on this PC now on preferred browser which is good!
