Windows 10 Calulator Application

A user is unable to open the calculator app from her account, it doesn't show when you search for it. Yet when you log in as local administrator, the calculator app works fine. On both the local admin account and logged in as the user, the app store doesnt display. Any ideas?

Was the store disabled via registry or group policy?  Not uncommon these days.

You can try to clear and reset the store cache
WSReset.exe

To see if it's really absent, press winkey+r and run the command
calc

Please note that modern apps can be installed/uninstalled per user.
