Crystal Report

HI I am doing an Invoice approval form, on my detail section I have 1 invoice No. with 2 details, I want to show only 1  item per Invoice Number (sometimes there are two or many items in an invoice), how do I do it, creating group by invoice number doesn't work.

Try grouping by item number.  That should give you 1 per group.

YOu could also modify the invoice number to include a detail count.

I tried to create a Group but it is still the same, it is still showing detailed result with the same invoice number.

I create group using either Invoice Number or item number, I even do the Control Account Number which is the same per invoice number.

It should work to group on invoice number then group on item number.

Can an item appear several times in an invoice?
