You will have move users from one DB to another but make sure you have enough space and DB does not go with a big size.

If you want to move DB path to single volume then change path of respective DB to respective volume and copy DB along with log files.

tnx Amit Kumar,
both databases are in single volume,
you will need to first analyze mailbox sizes of users hosting on DB1 (Assume),  if you have sufficient space on volume, you need to migrate the users from DB1 to destined DB using Move Mailbox command.

If you dont have sufficient space then you need to do Capacity planning to merge mailboxes to single Database then do Movement.

Once movement of users is done, then you can delete the database

Hi Ramazan Rahimi,
You can use this command to move all mailboxes to another, But as commented above please make sure you have enough space. I suggest you do this on off-peak hours.
Get-Mailbox -Database <olddatabasename> | New-MoveRequest -TargetDatabase <newdatabasename> -BatchName "oldDBtonewDB"

And delete the old one after moving the system/arbitration mailboxes to the new one.
Move System mailboxes.
Please check this for more details.

Make sure there is no mailboxes in the database
Get-Mailbox -Arbitration | FL Name, Database, ServerName, AdminDisplayVersion

Remove mailbox database.
Remove-MailboxDatabase -Identity OldDatabasename
