I would first look for an update from Foxit for this add-in.  It could be an incompatibility with the version of Outlook you're using, in which case you'd need to update it (the add-in) if possible.  The only other choice is to disable and uninstall the add-in and find something else to replace it that provides the same functionality.

What is the add-in doing for you?

@Hypercat: How to disable or to uninstall "the add-in"? Where is it; is it at Outlook or Foxit?. Thanks
Hypercat (Deb)Commented:
The exact steps depend on what version of Outlook you're using.  If it's 2013 or 2016, in Outlook you'd go to File/Options/Addins.  Once you get into the Addins list, click the Go button at the bottom of the page where it says "Manage: COM Addins" Then find the Foxit addin.  You can either uncheck the box to disable it, or highlight it and click Remove to uninstall it.  Depending on the Addin and how it was installed, you may have to disable it first and then go to Programs and Features to uninstall it.

1) It is Outlook 2016
2) @Manage: COM Addins, i click "Go";then, i uncheck "the foxit addin"
3) Question#1: Why I did not see the "foxit addin at "Disabled Application Add in"
4) Question#2: What is the function of this "Add in"?

Question 1: Sometimes they show as a disabled and sometimes as inactive.  I'm not entirely sure what the difference is.
Question 2: It appears to be a PDF reader software.  I'm not familiar with it, but here's a link to their website:

If you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer then you don't need FoxIT anyway. If you need a PDF reader, since the FoxIT addin isn't working properly, I suggest that you download and install the free Adobe DC reader software and that will do what you need (and more besides).
