Microsoft Exchange 2010 E-Mail Forwarding lower elevated permissions for Managers.

Microsoft Exchange 2010 E-Mail Forwarding. I manage an environment of about 100 users and I'm having managers submit tickets daily to setup a forward for a user who is out sick. Is there a way to give managers the ability to set forwards for their employees?

Well this is not possbile from end user perspective, either you tell managers to inform their empliyees about OOF should be set by them before going out of office.

There is no direct solution for this from MS. You can take help of Developer and create a website for this tasks.

In the background, it will run PS1 script < set forwarding on the mailbox >. Don't know abc of programming, so can't help further. But can take help of any.net developer in your company and share your requirements.
