How do I move my Office installation from 32bits to 64Bits without re-installing ?

I have office 2016 installed but it is 32Bits.

I would like to move it 64Bits as I am having trouble opening big files in Excel ....

Is there a way I can do this without re-installing ?

My problem is with Outlook as I have IMAP folders (around 30GB) and I would need to re-download the whole thing ?

As far as I know, this is working same like OS, so You can't convert 32 bit to x64 without re-installation.
I've asked my friend from Microsoft support and he confirmed, that there is no way to convert x86 to x64

No, there isn't.
Also you need to have x64 architecture of your OS to install x64 programs.

What you should do:
Uninstall 32-bit Office version. Then you need to get x64 installer and install Office again.
Yes, you need to download it it you haven't done yet.
