Greetings in unified messaging mailbox not being applied correctly.

Voicemail using Unified Messageing and Skype for Business - Greetings not being played/ applied correctly.

Afternoon everyone,

We use Skype for business, for VM we use Unified Messaging and whilst this technically works I have unearthed an issue with greetings.
Due to the nature of our business we need to have two different greetings for in and out of hours (simple one would have thought). We have these two greetings recorded in the system and can hear them when we go to re record.

However, when the number in question is dialed and goes to VM all we get is the generic 'Welcome to the mailbox of' message.

I've played with rules and settings through OWA and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

Happy to share settings or anything if it helps diagnose.

Hi Alex,

You can configured this settings by user in Outlook or OWA.  In OWA, you will have an option in Phone > Voice Mail. There you can create different rules. You will specify the working hours and Out of office hours and you could record different message.

This is the issue. Changing the settings within OWA does NOT change the presented voice message.
