MS Skype Network Assessment Too and ResultsAnalyzer: delimiter error

I am trying to do an assessment for skype for business online using MS tool NetworkAssessmentTool.exe
and then ResultsAnalyzer.exe. But when I try to run the results tool I get an error about the delimiter.
See below. Is there a switch that needs to be run when executing the NetworkAssessmentTool or
the ResultsAnalyzer tool? I looks like the results file that that was generated is largely tab delimited.

C:\MSSKYPE_Assess>ResultsAnalyzer.exe \Users\LeeRoyJenkins\AppData\Local\Microsoft Skype for Business Network Assessment Tool\performance_results.tsv
Delimiter must be a single character.

I tried changing the delimiter from <tab> to single quotes. But I get the same error. Any thoughts?

I found the answer through trial and error. The default TAB delimiter is actually ok.
There seems to be some problem with having the data of networkassessment.exe tool
to the default for example here..

Users\LeeRoyJenkins\AppData\Local\Microsoft Skype for Business Network Assessment Tool\performance_results.tsv

What you need to do is copy that performance_results.tsv to the directory that has NetworkAssessmentTool.exe
and ResultsAnalyzer.exe and run the ResultsAnalyzer.exe *there*. e.g.

C:\MSSKYPE_Assess>ResultsAnalyzer.exe performance_results.tsv

Skype for Business - Network Assessment Tool - Results Analyzer
