Folder redirection issue with Windows 10

Hi,
Our Network consists of Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows 7. We decided to introduce Windows 10 , I imported Win 10 1709 and created group policy. I made sure that the policies are not configured with Win 7 WMI filter. The problem is:
Some user log to Windows 10 and their document/desktop mapped via Group policy folder redirection but it is not working for some others like myself.
I login to another Win 7 and my Desktop/Documents maps to the shared network via folder redirection which tells me it is not a  permission issue.
I run gpresult /r and see the Folder redirection GPO is applied but Document and Desktop point to the local drive not shared network.
I would appreciate if someone can help.

Thank you Sam,
Currently no WMI Filtering is configured for folder redirection GPO.
Should I create the above WMI filtering and apply it to the folder redirection GPO?

Okay, after going through lots of logs from AD and client I figured out what is the solution.

It is actually related to SCCM Client Settings, In our "Default Client Settings" in " Compliance Setting" I changed the "Enable User Data and Profile" from Yes to No and it fixed the issue.
