Can I reuse the license keys from vctr and host once I upgrade the new hardware?

I have a VMware cluster with vctr with 3 host in it.. I will be replacing the hardware with newer hardware.
I have a problem logging into the current vctr, so my plan is to build a new vctr on one of the new host and then migrate the vms from the remaining older host before building their new hardware.
My question is, will I be able to use the same serial numbers that are being used now by the old vctr and the old host onto the new host and vctr?

YES provided the version is the same and does not change, e.g. do not expect 5.0 licenses to work on 6.0, or 7.0!
