None of the solutions worked and issue was only with the driver, so I uninstalled the display driver and downloaded a new one using the hardware ID from driveridentifier.com and it worked.<br />

I have installed windows 7 64bit on probook 4530s with all the latest drivers. The issue is when I connect a HDMI cable it does not detect. I have reinstalled the display drivers with no luck. <br />
