Reverse the logic of an existing Excel formula

I am using the following formula in Conditional Format rule

=IF(P5="B",IF(OR(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("A",H5)),ISNUMBER(SEARCH("T",H5)))*AND(J5>1),CEILING(SUM(C5-B5),"0:15"),),"0:00")

I want to reverse the logic

Not 100% sure what you mean but you could simply enclose the formula in NOT.

=NOT(IF(P5="B",IF(OR(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("A",H5)),ISNUMBER(SEARCH("T",H5)))*AND(J5>1),CEILING(SUM(C5-B5),"0:15"),),"0:00"))

Worked perfectly. Please see my next question about applying the same formula to more that one cell (besides going into each cell and setting a rule in Conditional Formatting.)
