Do the records you want to duplicate have a set criteria?

Yes they all have the same number in a field called "invoice ID"
Insert Into tablename
([invoice id], col2, col3, amount, col5, col6)
Select [invoice id], col2, col3, -1 * amount, col5, col6
from tablename
where [invoice id] = x
